We had a discussion on how many of our members are also OFAH members. We are sitting at about 80%.

Frank Wick talked about why the price of the OFAH membership is cheaper if you get it through a club.

Name Change

Discussions were had on each of the names and why we should chose that name. Is this the final vote or our we going to pick the top two or three and then have another vote.

Frank Wick made a motion that we pick the top three names and hold another vote, Seconded by Todd Smith.  This Motion was later rescinded by Frank.

Frank Wick made a motion to pick the top two names and hold another vote, Seconded by Ron Petroski.

The top two names are: South Central Ontario Fish and Game Association Inc.

South Central Ontario Fish and Wildlife Association Inc.

Ron Petroski made a motion that we destroy the ballots, Seconded by Frank Wick.

A discussion was had on whether we should destroy the ballots or keep them. The motion was voted against.

Club and Hatchery Insurance

Norm Monaghan has two quotes. One is with the company we are with now and seems to be high. The other is through the OFAH and seems reasonable as long as 80% of our members are OFAH members.
